SPORTAINMENTS: Great Mother

She was born in April 15, 1967. That means she is 41 year old now. She has been married twice, first to sports producer Jeff Gowan, then to Israeli surgeon Iza Shasha. She now has a daughter with her partner, David Hoffman. Her baby names is Tessa Grace.

She looks to old for the "sport world", but look what she have done. Compete Olympic games five times, reporter and announcer for American Network, host in golf show in the Clubhouse and having some model careers.

Darra Grace Torres is her name. In her age, when other mothers take a rest in the house, Torres swimming out for American team in Beijing 2008 and result some silver medals at 50M free style, 4X100 medley relay and 4X100 freestyle relay. Actually Torres has won twelve Olympic medals (four gold, four silver, four bronze), five of which she won in the Sydney Olympic Games in 2000. She is also the first American female swimmer who has compete the Olympic games for 5 times, 1984, 1988, 1992, 2000, and 2008.

She has several careers outside the swimming pool, such as worked in some American Networks. NBC, ESPN, TNT, OLN and Fox Channel. She also become a hosts for a golf show now, in the Resort Sports Network. Torres was also featured in the book of "Gold in the Water".

Yup, she is a really great mother...........
